Wash-it. When it is time to clean your car,
opt to manually wash your automobile opposed to going through

cleaning the car. (It’s good for the muscles.
Avoid the elevator. If you reside or work in
a building with less than four flights of stairs, take the stairs
for up and down trips.
Volunteer fitness. Use time on the weekends
to volunteer at festivals, cultural facilities (museums and
art). Try to sign-up for a task that will keep you on your feet.
Over 100-calories can be burned in three hours. Essentially,
volunteering can serve two purposes in one cause, giving time
and burning calories.
For example, if you live close to a national
park, you can volunteer your time as an environmental helper.
The arms can be toned while clearing paths and trails. Not to
mention, you’ll burn calories while working on the grounds.
